It was raining today, pouring when I got out of my house. The weather here has been like this for a couple of days.I was waiting at my train station, which is an outdoor. As I stood and watched, the rain was falling down the side of the roof and it was making these curtains of rain. It looked like a house with curtains protected us from what was on the outside. It struck me as beautiful, and I watched amazingly. Life is hopeful. This period in my life that is surpassing is like the rain, and it is going to give light to better days. I am going to learn a lot from this rain, and it may provide a future shelter for me even though I do not know it now. Life comes short and you have to realize, not all bad things are as they seem. And not all good things are bad. :)
I searched inside my soul for a horrible answer: that I am a bad person, that maybe sometimes in life I deserve what I get. I couldn't have farther from the truth. I couldn't have been right because as this rain came pouring down, I found shelter and new light. I had friends reach out who I didn't even know knew about what I was going through. I never felt so many people care and care so much. It's heartwarming to know I am in the thoughts and minds of so many people.
For those of you who have helped me along the way: thank you. It means more than I could ever truly say to you. I just want you all to know, that I love all you guys, whether you fight with me, don't understand me, talk to me, try to understand me,or even hate me at times, I am always going to be here if you need anything from me, and I pray for you only the best life has to offer.
For those of you who think I have given up on life and my only solace is misery, think again. I am learning what life is only now, and I know whatever happens I will always have a way to get through it. Sometimes I can be very cynical, and embrace the misery a lil too much, but it's because seeing it in a comical light helps me deal with it.
I am too emotional. Thanks to Kari, Tom, Tracy, Maddie,Tarik, Tanika, Charlene, Erika, Tanya (your hair makes me crack up any day ;)) Vlad, Ralph, Lauren, Adrien and especially to Tracy for the beautiful banner she made for me. It was so thoughtful. You are the sweetest girl :).
